The Buffalo Sabres Alumni Association is hosting the Tenth Annual Sabres Alumni Fall Wine Festival on Thursday, Nov. 21 at First Niagara Center from 6 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. The event, co-sponsored by First Niagara, Labatt, BlueCross BlueShield of WNY, and Fallsview Casino, will feature wineries and restaurants from Buffalo, Niagara on the Lake and beyond. Sample some of the finest wines and food that the Western New York and Southern Ontario regions have to offer while socializing with Sabres legends and their wives. The festival will include live music and a silent auction with unique items from the Buffalo Sabres and Sabres Alumni.

All attendees are asked to dress in business attire for the evening. There will be complimentary parking in the ramp adjacent to the First Niagara Center. Please use the 100 level bridge entrance to enter the event.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the following organizations:

1. The ECMC Mobile Mammography Bus which provides comprehensive lifesaving breast cancer care to our underserved community.
2. Roswell Park Breast Cancer Risk Assessment and Prevention Program. This program is for women who are at above average risk of Breast Cancer.
3. Dragon Boat Team known as Hope Chest Buffalo. Their philosophy is to encourage breast cancer survivors to return to an unrestricted, active lifestyle. They host the Dragon Boat Festival in June.
4. Medina Memorial Hospital in Orleans County. Our donation will help to purchase a much needed new ultrasound machine.
